Embassy of Italy
Applicants must submit a round-trip travel itinerary showing entry and exit dates. A full paid ticket is not required — a confirmed itinerary with booking reference is accepted. Note: advance travel arrangements do not guarantee visa approval.

Germany – Schengen Visa
A flight itinerary or reservation is required, showing the airline name, traveler name, booking ID, travel dates, and IATA airport codes. Dates must align with accommodation and insurance documents.

Japan – Short-Stay Visa
A Travel Itinerary is listed as a mandatory document for Japan short-stay visa applications across all nationalities. The duration of stay granted (15, 30, or 90 days) is determined based on the submitted travel itinerary.

EU Visa Code – All Schengen Countries
Under Regulation (EC) No 810/2009, Article 14(1), all Schengen member states require a travel itinerary as supporting documentation. A confirmed reservation with reference number fulfills this requirement — a purchased ticket is not mandatory.

Unfortunately, after a reservation is booked, we can no longer extend it. It will be best to make a new reservation.
Sometimes, reservations are routed to the spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, you can reach out to us via our contact form.
If the payment got rejected by your bank, it will be best to get in touch with your bank so they can authorize the payment.
You can check the PNR number on CheckMyTrip. Sometimes the airline company adds a second PNR number for the intern organization. The second PNR will be displayed on Checkmytrip. Some airline companies also offer the possibility to check the PNR on their website.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over this. Some airlines allow to check the reservation, some do not. However, the reservation is still valid as it can be recovered on CheckMyTrip.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to book a reservation with a date of fewer than five days in the future as we need some time to cancel the reservation.
After a booking is made, it's no longer possible to cancel it. Please know that we also had to pay for the reservation and we are unable to refund that as well.
No, you don't have to do anything. If you would like to purchase the full flight, simply let us know within 48 hours and we will help you convert your reservation into a purchased flight. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by us.
